deactivated keys obstructed views
the location was acceptable, situated close to many public transport options.
I encountered issues with the room keys. They deactivated daily. each morning, i had to visit reception to reactivate them, consuming valuable time. also, the advertised city views were obstructed by neighboring buildings. it was a frustrating experience.

stocked minibar multiple tvs clean room
the room featured a well-stocked minibar it was convenient. i appreciated the multiple tvs in the room it felt luxurious. i was impressed by the cleanliness and size of the room it felt very comfortable
i noticed slight stains on the curtains they need addressing

convenient location tea facilities wrong information closed restaurant
The location was very convenient for seeing attractions. the room was spacious. It included tea and coffee facilities.
The online help had wrong information. The booklet said breakfast started at 7:00. i went to have breakfast at 8:00, but the restaurant was closed. the internet did not work in my room.
